Magnesium Stress Release is formulated with ashwagandha, an adaptogen that’s long been used to heal stress, as well as key vitamins B5, B6, and C for quelling stress hormone production.
Prolonged periods of stress have been associated with low magnesium levels, due to an increased elimination of magnesium from the body. This leads to a deficiency, resulting in an elevated release of stress hormones. It’s a vicious cycle – your body expels excess magnesium as a result of stress, and stress hormones are released more readily when there are low stores of magnesium in the body.

Recommended Use
Helps reduce the symptoms of stress, such as fatigue, sleeplessness, irritability, and inability to concentrate. Helps reduce cortisol and C-reactive protein levels, the biomarkers of physical stress. Helps to maintain/support immune function. Helps to maintain proper muscle function. Helps to maintain normal electrolyte balance.
Directions
Adults (18 years and older) - Take 1 capsule, 3 times per day. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions
