Integrative Therapeutics Iron Complex is specifically formulated with a mix of irons and nutrients to help produce red blood cells. Iron Complex provides 25 mg of Iron and 250 mg of liquid liver fraction per dose in a heme and non-heme iron blend. It also provides Vitamin C, Folic Acid and Vitamin B12.

Directions
Adults, take 1 softgel daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products..
